A solid flexibility/stretch program. It's mostly “athletic-style” with a few yoga and Pilates elements. It's designed to improve circulation and even provide a “light” toning benefit. The second segment has a slightly slower tempo. It features deeper stretches with an emphasis on breath and open-ness.
